C'est pourquoi, dans le but d'avoir un décompte qui soit vraiment représentatif de la réalité, je vous offre, pour une deuxième année consécutive, mon top de 1999, qui est un top 175 cette année. Il est inspiré de mes propres observations, du top 40 MusiquePlus et du top 50 CKOI. Remarquez la dominance de Éric Lapointe, Jean Leloup, Britney Spears et Will Smith qui placent chacun 3 pièces parmi les 100 premières positions.

After tooking knowledge of the 14 top spots of the top 50 Radio-Énergie
and of the winners of their Choix du Québec 99, I raised Last Kiss
from Pearl Jam to #11, Mon Ange from Éric Lapointe to #6, It's not
Right but it's Okay from Whitney Houston to #24, Man! I Feel Like a Woman!
from Shania Twain to #25 and dropped That Don't Impress me Much from Shania
Twain from #6 to #8.
Also:

it at #40.
